The weather is cooler and that means more grilling!
- 1 pound ground turkey breast (approx. 1.3 lbs.)
- 3/4 cup fresh spinach; chopped
- 4 oz reduced fat feta cheese; crumbled
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes + 1 tsp approx of oil from tomatoes
- 5 basil leaves; julienned
- Start up the grill!
- In a big bowl mix all of the ingredients.
- Shape into about 5 patties.
- Grill ‘em up!
