Cake Decorating Professional Certificate

Yesterday I embarked on a new adventure.

I started an 8 week (one class per week) cake decorating professional certificate class. I am super uber excited!

I’ve always wanted to go to culinary school. And this is a great first step. Get my feet wet and in the meantime work on  my decorating skills (or lack there of).

I’m sure I’ll have lots of stories and good tips for you soon! :-D

Is there a class or program that you’ve always wanted to take?
