Nothin’ better than Sunday omelettes. These were particularly good because my husband made them for me while I enjoyed my french press coffee.
He made me an egg white omelette with sautéed spinach, red pepper, onion and mushroom with reduced fat feta. Yum!

Above is my husband’s omelette. His was the same as mine except with whole eggs & spicy organic kielbasa.
