When Life Gives You Oranges…

As a part of her band fundraiser, my sister, Margaret, sold a butt load of oranges. All sorts of them!

Just for visual reference, this is Margaret: Isn’t she beautiful! 🙂

Anyway. Back to the story. Oranges. Vitamin C. Immune system builder….

I got a half box of grapefruit and half box of blood orange navels. Delicious! I love the abundance of sweet and sour vitamin C at my finger tips. So, here’s a delicious EASY treat to whip up and it’s even more fun when eaten out of a martini glass. What a way to dress up a common fruit salad. Huh?

Vitamin C Fruit Salad


  • Oranges (Blood Orange Navels pictured here)
  • Kiwifruit


  1. Cut fruit.
  2. Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
  3. Enjoy as a snack or part of your meal!
