Remember the Wonton {Ravioli} Tortellini last week? Well, I froze the left-over, uncooked raviolis (Freeze them on a baking sheet first so they don’t stick together. Then, put them in an airtight bag or container and put them back in the freezer).
This time, I just got a pot of water boiling. Dropped the frozen ravioli straight in and let them cook for about 10 minutes. Stir them occasionally so they don’t stick to each other or the bottom of the pot.
Also, this go around we ate them with some marinara sauce and topped it with some Parmesan cheese. Mmm!
