We all know the feeling of having our favorite treat, whether it be sweet or savory.
This is my daily comfort food.
For lunch everyday after my workout, I have a beautiful salad with dark greens (usually spring mix), carrot slices, sliced tomato and Gala apple chunks with a tiny bit of dressing (current favorite).
Then, I enjoy my comfort food.
I used to make my peanut butter parfaits with natural creamy peanut butter, but since I was eating it every day I switched to a lower calorie peanut butter. My current obsession.
Have you tried any other lower calorie peanut butter that they liked? PB2?
Peanut Butter Parfait
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (Better’n Peanut Butter is how I roll)
- 1/2 cup Granola
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt (Chobani at my house)
- Mix in your favorite bowl or cup and savor each and every bite.
