Crêpe

I’m sure at one point or another, we’ve all thought about or attempted to make crêpes.

I would have never tried a couple of years ago, if my friend, Kala, hadn’t shown me first hand how its done.

So, to make it plain and simple, here’s a video for ya.

Have a great and relaxing Labor Day! :-) Woo hoo!

Haha…aww, thanks Dana! :-) My husband shot it using our Canon 7D 50mm and just used iMovie…saving up to buy final cut pro. :-)

  2. Those savory crepes in the top photo look amazing!

  3. I’ve made crepes before, but only with my mom nearby, for emergency purposes! ;) She was always much better in the kitchen than I was! But I’m starting to catch up!

Love the idea of using whole wheat flour, by the way!

  4. I made crepes once a few years ago and I absolutely loved how they turned out. Sadly, at the time, I had no idea what to use them for so I just dipped them in maple syrup and called it breakfast. This time I’ll definitely take the plunge and make crepe suzettes. Thanks for reminding me! :-D

What a cute video! My husband took French in High School and went to France for a summer and insists I say ‘Crepe’ correctly. But no matter how hard he tries, I still say it the American way. lol ;-)
