Carbs, carbs, CARBS!
That is all that I have been craving lately.
And because I haven’t had enough patience or desire to make a homemade pizza. Freschetta’s frozen pizza is our ‘lazy day’ pizza of choice.
In chocolate & carrots fashion, I always like to dress up my frozen pizzas just a tad.
This time I decided to sprinkle some frozen chopped spinach and some extra cheese on top.
All that is required of you if you do this is, just to bump up the cooking time that the box instructed you to, for about an extra 5 minutes.
And, tada! Beautiful pizza ready in under 30 minutes!

Usually on Fridays, I come home from work and make dinner for Eric and myself. Well, this usually involves popping open a Freschetta meat lovers pizza (his choice) which I proceed to top with my favorite toppings: onions, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. It doesn’t sound like it goes together, but it does. Trust me! Make sure they’re all fresh though.. so much better.
