    I love Christmas baking! Well Christmas for my family is in summer, so last year this frozen mars bar mousse that my sister-in-law made was delicious and can be made ahead too.

    And we also had a go at making a cookie Christmas tree. It was a bit lop sided, but everyone loved it.
