Of course everything you posted is gorgeous. I may have to make a last minute addition to my Saturday party menu to make your saltine bark!
It’s really easy…you should definitely do that.
Have a great time at your party!
I made the forest cake for thanksgiving! It was great!! I made leaves instead of trees though. Turned out perfect
Aww, I bet that was beautiful! I’m so glad it turned out great! Yay!
You have the nicest ideas! Love these treats
Thanks Katrina!
Love these recipes! Must try that saltine bark. I’m intrigued. Love that tea picture
Yes, you must. It is amazing. And thank you, the tea picture is my favorite food photo that I’ve taken.
Very enjoyable post! Glad I stopped in to see all these goodies and also get my hands on some pretty awesome recipes for the holidays. Thanks for putting this together-well done!
Thank YOU for stopping by! I hope you saw something good to make for the holidays!
Happy Baking!
I love Christmas baking! Well Christmas for my family is in summer, so last year this frozen mars bar mousse that my sister-in-law made was delicious and can be made ahead too.

And we also had a go at making a cookie Christmas tree. It was a bit lop sided, but everyone loved it.

Other favourites are rocky road, gingerbread, choc chip shortbread and Kourabiethes. I love the look of those almond joys!
Those all look delicious! I can’t imagine how it must be to have Christmas in the Summer. But, I guess if you’ve grown up with it, then it’s just normal.
Thanks for sharing your favorites. I might have to try that frozen mousse! Merry Christmas!
Fun roundup, Caroline. Your photos are gorgeous!!
Beautiful photos, and I love the scroll-through feature. I want to make all of them!!
All of those look delicious! My mom, sisters, and I make way way way too many cookies and sweets for Christmas but yet I can always find room for another Molasses cookie! http://callmefudge.blogspot.com/2011/12/molasses-cookies.html
P.s. your pictures are always so perfect! I love reading your blog
I know what you mean! I can always store more cookies.
Your molasses cookies look fantastic! They are so perfectly round and beautiful! Thank you for your sweet comments Sarah. Happy Holidays and Happy Baking!
I’ve said this before, but my favorite Christmas cookies are ginger cookies! The “healthy” version is just as good but here’s the original: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/ultimate-ginger-cookie-recipe/index.html
Thanks for making this list! I’ve added the peanut butter truffles to my Christmas baking party list. Woohoo!
You can’t beat a good ginger cookie!
I’m glad you added those truffles…they are spectacular!
We make this for breakfast every Christmas morning. http://simplysogood.blogspot.com/2010/05/french-toast-bread-pudding-with-mixed.html it pretty much will give you a heart attack, but at least you’ll die with a smile on your face.
Oh my! That’s a good way to die!
I’d certainly look forward to Christmas morning that was being served!
Love them all!
I love your pictures
Just beautiful and warm and bright….
