Whole Wheat Pumpkin Streusel Pancakes

So, these pancakes are basically amazing and the thought of them makes me drool. They are the perfect balance of soft pumpkin and crunchy streusel. So, I suggest you go taste the season and make them. If you’d like the recipe head over to Blissfully Domestic!

Also, I’ll let you in on a little secret. I wanted to give the photo that ‘oh my gosh, melted butter’ look, so instead of ruining the streusel by melting it in the microwave, I just had my handy dandy husband melt the butter like it was in Abu Dhabi with a blow dryer. Thanks hottie! ;-)

Makes you want to take a bite, right?

Oh, yeah.
