37 weeks {full term}

How far along? 37 weeks
Total weight gain:
11 pounds (after initial loss of 4 pounds: 15 pounds)
Maternity clothes? Oh yes and just trying to stay cool.
Stretch marks? Barely.
Sleep: Quite uncomfortable. It’s a miracle when I don’t pee but just twice during the night!
Best moment this week:
Finding out on Wednesday that was 60% effaced, 0.5cm dilated, head down, group b strep negative, and should deliver in the next 1-2 weeks!
Miss Anything? Not being able to stand for even enough time to bake a batch of cookies. Ouchie!
Movement: Still quite an active baby in there!
Food cravings: Cold cucumber & tomato salad, and I’ve been loving sonic ice with diluted sparkling apple juice. Mmm!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Not really.
Gender: It’s a surprise!
Labor Signs: Pressure ‘down there’ because the baby has dropped and more frequent Braxton Hicks contractions.
Symptoms: Just the physical pain of caring all of this weight around. Thank goodness Logan doesn’t mind giving me massages! :D
Belly Button in or out? It’s barely out. So precious.
Wedding rings on or off? Off most of the time, but I refuse to go out in public without them on. I don’t want to look like an unwedded pregnant lady! ;-)
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy and about ready!
Looking forward to: Getting our glider this week!

  5. You look so glowy and gorgeous! I hope I look as lovely when I get pregnant, too. Also– amazing (and great) to have only gained about 11 pounds! Wow! You’ll be back pre-baby lickety-split after delivery (do people still say “lickety-split”??? I do apparently.).
