Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat wraps
- 5 egg whites
- 2 eggs
- reduced fat feta cheese
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 5 ounces fresh spinach
- olive oil
- 1 squash
- 1 zucchini
- 1 sweet onion
How-To
- Sauté the squash, zucchini and onion in a bit of olive oil.
- Add the spinach and set aside.
- Scramble the eggs.
- Top the wraps with the eggs, cheese, tomatoes and veggies.
