Breakfast Burritos: Veggie Style

Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat wraps
  • 5 egg whites
  • 2 eggs
  • reduced fat feta cheese
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 5 ounces fresh spinach
  • olive oil
  • 1 squash
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 sweet onion

How-To

  1. Sauté the squash, zucchini and onion in a bit of olive oil.
  2. Add the spinach and set aside.
  3. Scramble the eggs.
  4. Top the wraps with the eggs, cheese, tomatoes and veggies.
