I just noticed that my 100th post was this morning! Yay!
It’s been almost 5 months since my first post on chocolate & carrots. It’s taken me a lot of learning to reach this post…and it’s almost overwhelming to think of how much more I have left to learn. But, I am sooo excited! Eeee!
Yes, that is my 24th birthday cake from a couple of weeks ago. Moms and Pops’ dog, Buddy, got a nice big bite out of it while it was cooling on the counter. That’s why it looks like someone got a nice helping before we even got a chance to blow out the candle. Don’t worry though, for the germ-a-phobic people out there like me, she cut out a hefty portion around the bitten chunk. 🙂 Yummmm…chocolate cake. The best chocolate cake in the world. I must get the recipe.
For all of you readers out there, do you have any suggestions/tips/comments/concerns/help for me?

Before reading the text I thought the cake was purposely a ‘C’ to celebrate your 100th post for Chocolate & Carrots. haha Looks yummy. Btw, I love your blog and photos. I am a foodie blog addict and yours is every bit as good as some of my favorites, like The Pioneer Woman. Keep up the great work!
