I recently got a tool that makes your life a whole lot easier and cleaner when making biscuits or scones. So, if you’re like me and make a lot of either of these or both, this is your tool.

Whenever you hear in a recipe to cut in the butter that’s exactly what this little contraption does…with ease. Just get your anger out and mash it into the butter all throughout your flour. In a typical biscuit or scone recipe, you’ll want to cut in the butter until the butter is about the size of peas. Yum. Butter & flour goodness.

Anyway, once you purchase it, you’ll want to make any or all of these:

It’s only a $10 investment that is dishwasher safe and I’ll bet you’ll save that much $$$ in paper towels when you have to clean up the flour you would have spilled using two knifes to cut in the butter. 😀
