I got a half box of grapefruit and half box of blood orange navels. Delicious! I love the abundance of sweet and sour vitamin C at my finger tips. So, here’s a delicious EASY treat to whip up and it’s even more fun when eaten out of a martini glass. What a way to dress up a common fruit salad. Huh?
Vitamin C Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- Oranges (Blood Orange Navels pictured here)
- Kiwifruit
How-To
- Cut fruit.
- Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
- Enjoy as a snack or part of your meal!
