Peanut Butter Parfait

 

Comfort food.

We all know the feeling of having our favorite treat, whether it be sweet or savory.

This is my daily comfort food.

 

 

For lunch everyday after my workout, I have a beautiful salad with dark greens (usually spring mix), carrot slices, sliced tomato and Gala apple chunks with a tiny bit of dressing (current favorite).

Then, I enjoy my comfort food. 🙂

 

 

I used to make my peanut butter parfaits with natural creamy peanut butter, but since I was eating it every day I switched to a lower calorie peanut butter. My current obsession.

Have you tried any other lower calorie peanut butter that they liked? PB2?

  1. This looks so yummy! I’m a huge peanut butter fan, too. I never knew that you could buy lower calorie versions! That is something I need to try very, very soon!

  2. Greek yogurt with cereal is my daily afternoon snack. The addition of peanut butter and granola will take this to a whole new level. Thanks for making my afternoon snack so much better.
