Please excuse the Christmas attire, but I couldn’t not share this recipe with you guys.
My grandmother makes this cheese ball every single year at both Christmas and New Years and it is an amazing appetizer.
Have you ever had a cheese ball?
It is best eaten when spread on a cracker and topped with strawberry jam.
The sweetness, saltiness, and crunchy texture all comes together to make a perfect little bite. 🙂
So next time you have a party…make this cheese ball. Hey, it’s an excellent appetizer for the superbowl (which if I’m not mistaken is next month)!

Yummy! My mom occasionally makes a cheese ball(which she’s been making forever!) and I looooove it. Can’t believe I’ve never made it myself – or even asked for the recipe! This looks so similar to hers though – it brings back a lot of memories 😀
I love a good cheese ball; it always reminds me of my great grandmother. I went to a dinner over the Christmas holidays, and the hostess had her cheese ball in individual portions. I wondered why I had never thought to serve it this way.
I’ve never made a cheese ball and have been meaning to for quite some time! This looks lovely.
