- I’m group B strep negative.
- I’m 60% effaced.
- I’m 0.5cm dilated.
- The baby has definitely dropped.
- I will probably deliver within the next 1-2 weeks!

Just made a trial run of these for dinner… served them with a mixed-greens salad with poppy seed vinaigrette, sunflower seeds, and strawberries. I kid you not… we ate every last poppy seed! 🙂
