Blood Orange Popsicles

Um, how about breakfast on a stick?

I don’t know of a better way to enjoy your morning OJ than to have a popsicle. Just saying.

Well, a little bit better way is if the OJ was accompanying some bacon apple pancakes. Or maybe even pancakes on a stick?

Just thinking out loud. 😉

Well, this was my first experience making popsicles. It’s a winner. Just pure blood orange juice. Can’t get any easier than that! It would be totally delicious with normal oranges too.

Just to take a vote, what is your favorite popsicle flavor?

  1. Those looks so clean and professional! What type of popsicle mold do you have?

Also, have you heard about Chill Out Pops? It’s a local vendor that sells paletas at the All Local Market and around town. http://chilloutpops.com/ I am going to make a special trip to the market this weekend to try some if he’s going to be there!

  2. You can make popsicles with only juice?! Wow. That sounds great. I’ve always just thought of them as sugary water junk but these look beautiful and are healthy… so maybe I need to buy some popsicle molds!
