Everyone should know by now that I love chocolate. With the exception of the few months during my pregnancy that I couldn’t stand to look at anything sweet, I’ve practically had chocolate everyday of my life.
Yeah, I know…too much of one thing is bad. Trust me, I take it all in moderation, with the exception of desserts like this. Oh. My. Chocolate.
To balance the crazy amounts of desserts I make, my goal is always to make it a little less bad for us. In this case, I’m using my good ‘ole friend, Greek yogurt. And in my house, Chobani is the name of the game.
I use Chobani in loads of things that I make. Take for example, frozen yogurt:
Dark Chocolate Chunk & Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt
Or what about Chocolate Cake, Cheesecake or even savory dishes like Enchiladas!
Greek yogurt is a wonderful substitute for things like oil, butter, milk, sour cream, mayonaise, cream cheese, or even buttermilk!
So, there ya go. You know my secret!
In addition to a fabulously rich chocolate brownie recipe that’s made with Chobani, I also have an excellent giveaway for ya! You can thank me later. 😉

I like it straight up for breakfast.
We use greek yogurt instead of sour cream or mix it half and half. I can’t really even tell the difference…it’s so good. Love eating GY.
I already follow you on twitter and will re-tweet this post. Thanks!!
I’ve never cooked with Chobani, but absolutely LOVE the strawberry banana & apple cinnamon flavors! I’m sure it’d be great used in a breakfast smoothie as well!
These brownies look FANTASTIC! I love enjoying my Chobani with some granola and fruit! And now, I think I’d also enjoy it in these brownies. 🙂
I love Chobani Greek yogurt! I use the fat free plain yogurt as a substitute for sour cream on baked potatoes or in other recipes, and I eat it in smoothies & fruit parfaits all the time.
I just love to eat it plain! Though I’d also love to try it in a recipe like this….
I’m a fan of Chocolate & Carrots on facebook!

Pretty much shoveling it into my face with a spoon. Does that count? 🙂
I’m a Chobani virgin! However, I’m a HUGE yogurt/Greek yogurt fan!

I use chobani in my overnight oats!
LOVE greek yogurt brownies. I’ve been making my own greek yogurt lately, but Chobani is my favorite when I’m not feeling like making it (which is rather often, actually..).
I already am a fan on Facebook!
I just made some blueberry lemon oat muffins this weekend using a lemon Chobani. I love, love, love the stuff!!!

LOVE! Totally making this. I adore chobani as is…but I also have used it in awesome muffins
I like it in smoothies!
I have yet to use Chobani in any of my baking, or cooking, but I have used greek yogurt in the past to add to quick breads to make them more moist. I usually just eat Chobani plain or add either granola or ground flaxseed.
I just tweeted your giveaway!

Following you on Facebook now! Can’t believe I wasn’t following you before since I’ve been following you on IG for awhile. Silly me!
I LOVE Chobani. Wait, that’s definitely an understatement. I eat it almost every day. My favorite way to eat it is the Pineapple, with lots of coconut, almonds, and bananas layered on top. I also made these muffins that I really love:

Thanks for the giveaway!
I love it for breakfast with fresh fruit and granola.
I’d like to try it in desserts, I never thought of it!
I like to use Chobani as breakfast, or lunch, or dinner. Mango with cut up pineapple..life changing.
I’m not one to think outside the box. I usually enjoy my Chobani plain for breakfast. Boring! I know! I never knew that you could use Chobani in place of mayonnaise. This is something I will absolutely begin doing. I can’t stand mayonnaise. The thought of it makes me want to gag. This is great news!
I am following you on Facebook! Ya know, my age group was the very first to use Facebook. I remember someone telling me as a freshman in College what Facebook was. Now our world can’t live without it….Except my husband. He deliberately removed his account because of how much it’s changed from the good old days. Unfortunately, I haven’t mustard up the courage to sign up for twitter. If I had twitter I would absolutely tweet about this!!!
I make mini cheesecakes so I can have portion control too! I also make lemony yogurt cake with raspberries or blueberries. Soo good 😀
I like to eat it plain, with fruit, or use it for pound cake!
I use chobani for breakfast with homemade granola and fresh fruit!
Pretty basic, but I love it with fruit and granola 🙂
I’ve never had Greek yogurt, but I’ve been dying to try some!
I LOVE Chobani! It started off as a strong like of eating the flavored cups by themselves, which quickly evolved into the purchase of the large containers so that I could make them as sweet or as tart as I liked with my own fruit/granola/sweeteners. Now, most of the time my Chobani cravings occur in the form of breakfast smoothies, or whenever I bake or make dips. It’s the best substitution!
I personally just like to eat it straight. But sometimes I’ll use Chobani vanilla instead of milk with my morning cereal, and I replaced sour cream with some plain Chobani in a cheesecake I made last year. That cheesecake got rave reviews! 😀
I’ve never tried Chobani, but I’d love to!
I would bake yogurt muffins!
I LOVE chobani!!!
Every morning for breakfast and then semi frozen for dessert!
Liked you on facebook! (terri)
I love lemon, but I also love the other citrus flavors like Blood orange
I love it in fro yo or as a snack… or for breakfast:-)
I wish Chobani existed in Germany. 🙁
The brownies look great! The chocolate chips on top make them so much more interesting looking. 🙂 I also use Greek yogurt in baking and love it!
I use Chobani in a lot of baking. I use the plain version in muffins, pancakes, waffles, zucchini bread, and scones.
I enjoy chobani, but usually pick up their plain yogurt. Hubs and I are watching our sugar intake, and it’s crazy how much sugar flavored yogurts have! But I’d still love to win!
Fan’d you on facebook! 🙂
Lately I’ve been addicted to vanilla Chobani with fresh strawberries and blueberries for breakfast- SO good!
I love Chobani, especially the pineapple flavor. I usually just have it as is with some granola or I’ll mix it in a smoothie or protein shake.
I like you on FB.
Oh my goodness — ALL of these recipe look amazing!!!
I love Chobani! It makes the best tzatziki sauce! The pineapple flavored is one of my favorite breakfasts.
I like you on Facebook 🙂
These look amaaaaazing! Wish I had one right now! My cereal just didn’t cut it. PS I love using yogurt in baked goods – makes them super moist and extra delicious.
French vanilla Chobani, a handful of roasted/salted almonds, a handful of dark chocolate chips, and a handful of blueberries … for breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner -anytime! Yum!!
i never liked yogurt except for frozen yogurt =P but yeah sneaking yogurt in chocolate desserts is the way to go!

I just started making smoothies with it- yum!
I like to eat Chobani straight out of the container. The favorite in our house is honey flavor.
NEVER COOKED WITH CHOBANI BUT WOULD LOVE TO TRY THE BROWNIES. YUM
I love greek yogurt, but Choboni is by far my fave! I love using it in my baking or making a healthy packed protein ice cream. Yet its equally good in a parfait or overnight oats. Yum!
Mixed cocoa powder and a little sweetener and then throw in the freezer for a half hour! Also for breakfast with blueberries, honey, and a 1/4 cup of kashi cinnamon cereal 🙂
I’m a fan on FB! and would follow on Twitter but I don’t have one (too many social media outlets for this girl)
Eating the blood-orange flavor as I type! 🙂
Love Chobani yogurt! Use the nonfat plain almost everyday in a blueberry smoothie! Have used it in place of mayo in making potato salad and tuna salad too.
Your brownie and froyo pictures are to die for! I eat greek yogurt every day for breakfast but I’d no idea that they made chocolate?! This is wonderful news. And I’ll retweet you now 😉
I love greek yogurt as a snack or for dessert. I’ve never tried cooking with it.

Great ideas for chocolate.

I love to use plain chobani as a replacement for sour cream! It tastes amazing and it so much better for you!
Of course I like to just eat it straight for breakfast or a snack, but plain greek yogurt is an awesome sour cream substitute. It often ends up as a dip for taquitos or a base for a creamy sauce on fish tacos. I also add it to smoothies sometimes to make them taste really rich. Yum!
I recently used Chobani instead of mayonnaise in broccoli salad! It was delicious!
I love using Chobani in baking–works like a charm! These look delish!
I like to eat Chobani with fresh fruits for breakfast

I’m not a huge yogurt fan 🙁 the only one in my house that doesn’t eat it on a daily basis, but boy do I LOVE baking with it! Not even so much for the low fat factor as much as it is for the moist flavor and slightly tangy flavor, much better than sour cream. I have used Chobani to bake with, and like I said everyone else in my family LOVES their yogurt. Can’t wait to try these brownies. I have needed a good chocolate recipe here!
I love making tzatziki cucumber dip with plain Chobani yogurt. I’m very much looking forward to trying brownies with it too 🙂
Greek yogurt makes a great subsitution for sour cream! Plus, it tastes delicious. 🙂
greek yogurt’s great as a sour cream substitute. i like using it on my potatoes!
I’ve never had Chobani but I would love to try them!
Those brownies look so delicious! My kids are the ones that usually eat the Chobani in my house. They are nuts for yogurt.
I’m a FB fan.
Twitter follower and tweeted the giveaway
plain yogurt w/ fresh fruit and a little granola == yummy
I absolutely adore Chobani yogurt and have it for my “dessert” at night with peaches or blueberries or just by itself. I really look forward to it a couple of hours after dinner – it’s a real treat. Sometimes, in a moment of weakness, I may even have it twice a day.
I love topping some vanilla chobani with granola.. such a healthy treat! I also use chobani in smoothies to amp up the protein
Wow! I made these tonight and they are amazing! I used plain fat free chobani yogurt and omitted the chocolate chips, and the brownies turned out wonderfully dense with a rich cocoa taste. Using the plain chobani and leaving out the chips resulted in a tasty, low-calorie chocolate fix–I calculated for 1/9 of the 8×8 pan, each brownie is only 156 calories. Thanks for sharing.
I’m so glad Megan! Your version sounds amazing! I’ll take one of those for 156 calories! 😀
