Our fourth day at Disney was PACKED. The morning started out with a short drive to Whole Foods in Orlando for the farewell brunch for Food Blog Forum! We all brought our families and it was so lovely to meet all of the kids…young and old. 😀
We headed back to the hotel for a quick lather of sunscreen and we were off to Epcot to meet some more of the food bloggers!
The smiling girl in the photo above is Megan from wanna be a country cleaver. Megan wanted to try out our Canon 5D mark iii and took a few PRECIOUS photos of Liam. See:

Then it decided to rain. We sought refuge in Japan for a little duck watching and then we were off to ‘America’ for some classic food.
Ride: Living with the Land
My mom was SO nice and watched Liam for the evening while Logan and I had a date night in the parks. We started out riding Soarin’ and Test Track (I didn’t like the new one…and it probably didn’t help that the ride was having technical difficulties).
We had a dinner reservation at 8:50pm at the Coral Reef…probably my favorite restaurant in Disney because of the view of the aquarium.
Since the Coral Reef is quite expensive and we had discovered that the portion size at Disney was much more than we normally eat, we decided to split a Field Greens Salad with Blueberry Vinaigrette, Feta and Spiced Almonds and the Coral Reef Lobster Orecchiette Pasta with White Cheddar Cheese and Basil Oil. We finished off the meal with The Chocolate Wave with Raspberry Gelato.
The BEST part about having a reservation for 8:50pm when the park closes at 9pm, is that you are the ONLY ones left in the park after dinner. It was eery and refreshing all at the same time. What a great moment to take empty park photos, right?!?
We had an escort out of the park, making sure there were no stow-aways! 🙂
Since we were kicked out of Epcot, we headed over to the Magic Kingdom until it closed at 1am for a last HOORAH to end our vacation.
Be sure to come back tomorrow for the final day’s recap…including an incredibly cute photoshoot we did with Liam at our hotel.
