This little afternoon delight is the last of 10 recipes I concocted using PHILADELPHIA Snack Delights this summer. I decided to save the most colorful for last…and surprisingly, the white chocolate.
As you’ll see below, I’m CrAzY obsessed with the dark chocolate Snack Delights and used it in the majority of the recipes. But, the white chocolate has a very nice flavor, perfect for a sugar cookie sandwich!
Feel free to browse through the photo links below. I’m pretty sure these afternoon snacks will turn your afternoon from drab to fab (I’m sure that line is copyrighted)! No, but seriously. Why not turn your afternoon’s into something special with a little treat…most of which are healthy, to hold you over until dinner?

I have been selected by Kraft Foods to be an ambassador for PHILADELPHIA cream cheese. While I have been compensated for my time, my opinions are my own.

I don’t see the recipe for this recipe on the page.
Actually, I just used two store-bought sugar cookies and spread PHILADELPHIA White Chocolate Snack Delights in between to make a sandwich. Then, I rolled the outsides in sprinkles. 😀 Easy peasy! Enjoy!
Oh, thank you ! It’s very simple !
