PB&J Yogurt Swirls

PB&J Yogurt | chocolateandcarrots.com

Yogurt has been my go-to dessert at lunch time for the past few years. I specifically love taking plain greek yogurt and packing it full of delicious and healthy toppings! For a while, I was topping my plain greek yogurt with strawberries and chocolate chips. Then, I moved to peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Thanks to Catherine (Weelicious), PB&J was the next best thing! I’ve been slowly working Liam up to enjoying yogurt with me. He doesn’t quite have the spoon thing down yet, so it’s lots of fun feeding him! πŸ˜‰

  1. I love this “recipe,” Caroline! I stir a little preserves into and sprinkle nuts onto yogurt nearly every day for lunch or a snack, and it is divine. Love the idea of doing PB instead of the nuts – mmmm!

  2. My son, who is 2, and I both love greek yogurt, though his favorite stir-in is “crunches”, aka granola. Will have to try this for sure!

  3. I usually eat my yogurt with sliced fruit in it. I don’t do pb&j, but I’m not above it. I don’t really care for granola though.

  4. I love plain yogurt with whatever fruit I have on hand chopped up and cocoa powder sprinkled on top, but I am definitely going to have to try this PB&J Greek Yogurt!

  5. I love plain yogurt with fresh fruit and a little crunchy topping of cereal. My son LOVES yogurt any way I give it to him so I like to sneak in extra veggies by mixing in frozen & thawed chopped organic spinach. It sounds weird but isn’t much different than a spinach dip or creamed spinach if you think about it.

  6. I normally just add fruit, nuts and sometimes crushed shredded wheat. The peanut butter and jelly is a great idea!

  7. My two favorite ways to enjoy yogurt are what I call Power Yogurt: yogurt with lemon juice, flaxseed, nuts, honey, and wheat germ added. And, the other favorite way is a peanut butter parfait that I love to make. Thanks for hosting!

  8. I love yogurt with oatmeal, chia seeds, almond milk and raspberries refrigerated overnight. Tried following your parenting blog feed and got an error. can you sign me up? Thanks!!!
