Bake these gingerbread cookies.
They’re made with 100% whole grains and perfectly sweet even with just a touch of powdered sugar to ‘make it snow’. Of course, you can go all out and ice them with pretty white royal icing and sprinkles, too.
Ahh, I just love this time of year!
These cookies are great to make ahead of time and you could even freeze them after baking (before icing) and have a grand old time during the holidays decorating (and eating!) them with friends and family!
Oh, and did I mention how delicious your house will smell while these are baking? You can thank me later.

Those look divine! Nothing like classic gingerbread 🙂
I want some gingerbread cookies now with some hot chocolate to get me away from this freezing rainy weather
Confession: I never make gingerbread cookies. Double confession: I don’t usually like them. These look so pretty and sweet…I think I’ll give them another chance this year.
For real?! Oh yes, you should give them another go. Personally, my favorite kind of ginger cookie are the really thin, melt in your mouth kind. And when they’re fresh, they’re crunchy and instantly melt. So good.
